- The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customised, personalised, resized, or engraved jewellery.
- Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or special sale events.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, accidental impact, or incorrect handling.

- For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost where applicable.
